Applesauce Oatmeal Muffin mix (or bread squares)

Birds love baked goods as much as people do so why not make your bird's day by baking him/her these super healthy applesauce oatmeal muffins?

The ingredients are as follows: Flour, Oatmeal, Baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ground walnuts, ground pecans, raisins. Add 4 egg whites, 1 1/2 C applesauce and juice if needed. Bake at 375. Beat egg whites till foamy, stir in applesauce, add dry ingredients, mix until moistened. Bake 30-35 minutes. $4.00 + $3.00 shipping

Cornbread muffin mix

Who doesn't love cornbread muffins? Make some for your feathered friend, he or she will go nuts, guaranteed!

Ingredients are as follows: Corn muffin mix, Chopped nuts, dried raisins and coconut.

Add 4 eggs w/shells washed and ground, water or juice as needed, 1/2 C frozen mixed vegetables. Bake at 375 degrees Beat eggs & shells till ground, add rest of ingredients and mix, pour into lined mini muffin tins, bake for 30-35 min.

Once cool, put in zip lock bags and freeze, heat in microwave 20 seconds, be sure to check for hot spots before serving. All of the above can have mixed frozen veggies added, all can be made into mini muffins or baked in a square cake pan and cut up. $4.00 + $3.00 shipping
